About 500 meters from the sea, near Piazza Mazzini, we offer an apartment set in a newly built residence, surrounded by greenery and developed with full respect for the environment. The complex features swimming pools with golden sandy sunbathing areas; each apartment has 2 dedicated sunbeds to fully enjoy relaxing moments.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, offers a large outdoor patio and a private garden. It consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Two parking spaces are included.

The beach place is not included and can be booked through the local beach consortium.

Two bicycles are available for the duration of your stay, subject to a €100 deposit.

Total sleeping capacity: 6 + 2.

Not rentable to groups of young people.

Pets are only allowed on request.

Terms and conditions 
Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)
Services available on request:
-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
