Recently built apartment with swimming pool, only 500 m from the beach and from Piazza Mazzini.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and one bedroom with French bed and private bathroom.

Facilities include: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

Underground parking space (H 2.4 m) included. Beach place not included, bookable for a fee through the local consortium.

Two bicycles are available for the duration of your stay, subject to a €100 deposit.

Not available for groups of young people.

Total sleeping places: 5+2.

Pets are only allowed on request.

from 16:00h to 18:30h

Check-out time:
from 9:00h to 10:00h

Terms and conditions 
Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)
Services available on request:
-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person
​-towels € 15 per person
-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
