500 meters from the sea, in the central area of Piazza Aurora, we offer a newly built apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, set in a modern residence with swimming pool.

The interiors are bright and well organized: living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom, and a large terrace.

Equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Parking space included. Beach place can be booked at an extra cost through the local beach consortium.

Not rentable to groups of young people.

Total sleeping capacity: 4.

Pets are allowed only upon request.

Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)

-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
